Hello. I recently got a ps4 and want to link my fortnite account from my Xbox to the ps4, but whenever I try to sign in it tells me to create an account when i already have one. How can I fix this?

Yeah, ive constantly had this. I've literally given up so many times with their website because of this. Every different 'sign in' option takes me to the page where you register a new account.

I had same issue, I tried it on incognito browser and it let me sign in without going to "create account" screen. Hope that helps.

On Steam there is a hostile group that covers Epic and this is a well known issue
Its Epic that is at fault not the console

I was having this same problem but i figured out that you go to epic games and login with your epic account and not your xbox or google etc account this ay it shouldn't come up with the "create account page" then go to activate fortnite in a new browser and you put in your code and your account should link to your console hope this helps :)

I had the same issue. If you delete your browser history and cookies removing the information stored on your PC, and then logging into the Epic Launcher, that should allow you to connect.
