However, if they also cannot log into the Exchange admin center, please ask them to collect the HTTP logs and share the log file with usa in the Private message (PM) for analysis.

Gxc85, thanks for the IE tip. That works for me also. I tried Firefox just now, but that didn't. Must exist some legacy browser hangover stuff.
Don't really want IE running anywhere on my network, so a proper fix would be nearly welcome.

Hi,
I have the exact same event.
The Exchange portal does not work with Chrome, Edge or Firefox on dissimilar computers including out of organization computers. I even tried Firefox on Fedora.
The other admin portals do work with modern browsers though.
